We don’t do mass production or factory speed. This place runs on prayer, sweat, and a lot of muddy boots. Hatchfield’s is a small, working farm in South Florida, and we raise every animal like it matters — because it does.

We care about quality, about doing things the right way — even if it takes longer. We believe beauty shows up in the little things: the smell of fresh herbs, the sound of goslings waking up, wild deer grazing near the fences.

We speak blessings over our days and find joy in the work. That’s the heart of this farm.
